India Vs England:The Last Song before dusk

Hello guys today India won the three-match One-Day International series against England 2-0.But, as the teams go into the final ODI at Eden Gardens in Kolkata, the match will be more than dead rubber for a few players in both sides.
In the last ODI there are few youngsters looking to make an impression and out of form seniors hoping to prove a point. Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh scored centuries with india sets a record of 381 for 6 for England.
This will be the last ODI before Champions Trophy.Eoin Morgan the captain of England Team will want to avoid going down 3-0 and instead build some momentum going into the three-match Twenty20 International series that follows.
The teams will have to do it with some personnel changes, however England will be without Alex Hales, the opener, who was ruled out of the tour due to a fractured hand.hales, who scored 9 and 14 in last two ODI.sustained the injury while attempting a catch in the outfield last match.
The trend of high scores could be affected by the relaid pitch at Eden Gardens, which is expected to provide good bounce and carry. A fair amount of live grass is expected to aid the seamers, and dew could have a significant impact in the second innings.

Japan's gaming console company Nintendo said it will release an Android version of its Super Mario mobile game in March following the launch of Super Mario Run for Apple Inc's iPhone in December.
The Japanese company announced the planned launch on its Twitter feed.
Super Mario Run represents a belated bid by Nintendo to tap mobile gaming after restricting its most popular gaming character to its own game consoles.
After launching the game on December 15, downloads topped a record 40 million in just four days.
By releasing an Android version, Nintendo can tap a much larger pool of potential gamers. More than four out of five smartphones shipped in 2016 use the Android operating system, according to market research company IDC.

[5] Amazon Alexa on Phone:What's the Big deal?

Imagine if Siri and Google Now had an app store filled with 7,000 extra tricks you could teach them for free. That's the promise of Amazon's cloud-based Alexa assistant on a phone, which debuts with the Huawei Mate 9 in February
The integration brings up a whole lot of questions, like how useful will Alexa be in a phone that already has a Siri or Google Now assistant onboard? And what won't Alexa be able to give you on a phone that it can on that speaker in your living room?
Alexa, which initially appeared on the Amazon Echo speaker, made it possible for families and roommates to ask for music, headlines and Amazon services in a shared space like the living room or kitchen. Since then, Alexa has gained control over thousands of apps and services, which anyone with Alexa-based hardware -- like the Echo, Echo Dot or Tap and even a lamp or a smart refrigerator can trigger with a voice command. Alexa has become especially important for controlling various smart-home devices -- but until now, that only worked when you're within shouting range.
But what about when you're out? This is where Alexa on a phone comes into play. We take a look at what Alexa on a phone can and can't do for you.
  • Alexa on phones won't always listen

Huawei isn't demoing how Alexa works on the Mate 9 , but we have a pretty good idea of how it will function.

First off, don't expect an Echo in your pocket. The Mate 9 doesn't have Amazon's far-field beam-forming microphones, so it won't be able to hear you whisper "Alexa" from across the room. Even if it could, you'll need to boot up the Alexa app first: Unlike the Mate 9's built-in Google Now functionality, Alexa won't be always listening.
When you have the app running, Alexa on a phone will give you access to her world of skills without having to buy an Alexa-enabled device. It will also give you voice control over your smart-home devices even when you're away from home, which is something you can't get on at-home devices. Yes, you could just as easily open that Philips Hue app on your phone to turn on the lights with a few taps. But with Alexa on there too, you can ask her to turn on the heat and the kitchen light, and open the garage door before you even pull into the drive.

  • What Alexa can do that Google and Siri can't

  1. Vocally launch IFTTT scenarios.

  2. Directly launch a skill rather than opening an app first and launching with a tap (e.g. "Alexa, start 7-Minute Workout"; "Alexa, ask Twitter what's happening").

  3. Stream songs from Spotify/Pandora with a voice command.

  • Alexa skills that your phone assistant can already do with voice control

  1. State the weather
  2. Read out headline news
  3. Read audio books through Audible
  4. Add items to a shopping list
  5. Voice-launch apps
Surprisingly, Alexa on phones won't be able to set a timer or alarm.
Note that Alexa will let you control multiple compatible devices with your voice, but if you have an iPhone and HomeKit-compatible devices, you can do the same in one fell swoop if you've set up Scenes.
  • Things Alexa can't do on your phone that it can do in your home

  1. Call an Uber or Lyft to your current location without specifying (because it doesn't know where you are -- it'll send a car to your default address even if you aren't there).

  2. Set a timer or alarm

  3. Connect to TuneIn Radio

  4. Play Amazon Prime Music: Amazon says this is a licensing issue.

My Lenovo Yoga 900 Review

Hello guys welcome back,Today i will give review about Lenovo yoga 900 a hybrid laptop or 2-in-1 foldable device.Lenovo has had its fair share of success with the Yoga series. This 13 inch high end hybrid laptop is a competitor to other ultrabooks such as HP Spectre 13 and Acer Aspire S13

Design and Build:-
It's a premium laptop it is evident that when you pick it up.Most of the chassis is built of plastic, which has a nice rubberised texture to it, but then you get champagne-coloured metal plates for the lid and the bottom, which give the device rigidity. The branding is tastefully done too, which adds to the premium look and feel.

Even in the latest refresh, the Yoga 900 sticks with its trademark articulating hinge, which has very good torsion, thus eliminating most of the screen wobble, no matter the angle. The device feels a bit heavy, even though it weighs only 1.3kg, and it’s quite slim at 14.9mm.
The stereo speakers are placed on the bottom towards the front, one on each side, and there are four rubber feet which help keep the laptop stable on flat surfaces. The rubberised lining of the chassis protrudes slightly outwards along the edges of the display and the base in order to provide grip when you use the Yoga 900 in different positions.

You can use yoga 900 as a regular laptop or rotate the screen all the way till it's flat against the back of the lower half to make it a tablet.‘Tent’ and ‘Stand’ modes are both useful when you want to want to interact with the device through the touchscreen but keep it on a flat surface.
The Lenovo Yoga 900 has a very fantastic display. The 1800x3200-pixel resolution on a 13.3-inch IPS panel serves up a density of 276ppi, which has quite a few other Ultrabooks in this segment beat. Coupled with high brightness levels and good viewing angles, colours are vivid and saturated, and text is crisp. The glossy panel is prone to reflections but when images and video look this good, we can live with this little niggle.
Lenovo latop always have a good keyboards. The chiclet keys have very good tactile feedback with no flex, and the backlighting is even across the board. We would have liked a longer right ‘Shift’ key as it’s easy to mistake the arrow key for it. The trackpad is decently sized and works well. There’s a single button for left and right mouse clicks. Overall, we really like the Yoga 900 for its design, interesting choice of materials for the chassis, and very good display.

 Specifications and Features:-
you get an Intel Core i7-6500U CPU, 8GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD. There’s also Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, an HD webcam and JBL speakers. The specifications are similar to those of the other Ultrabooks we’ve recently tested, so you should expect similar performance too. The Yoga 900 ships with Windows 10 Home 64-bit along with pre-installed software from Lenovo.

Verdict:-
The Lenovo Yoga 900 is priced at Rs. 1,23,690 which is not too bad. With this money, you get top-of-the-line Ultrabook specifications along with an excellent high-resolution display, a good keyboard, and decent battery life. Let’s not forget its ability to transform into a tablet too, if the occasion calls for it.
If we could change a few things, we would like an HDMI port built into the laptop. Lenovo could have at least thrown in some adapters for the Type-C port. We also hope the next version is lighter for better tablet usage.
Overall, the Yoga 900 is a very good hybrid laptop that balances portability and usability better than most other solutions in the market.
